Refund Policy of Asia Pacific Hotel.

  • Non-Refundable Booking

    All bookings made through our website are considered non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Changes to Reservation

    While bookings are non-refundable, we understand that plans may change. If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting dates or room types, please contact our reservations team at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

  • No-Shows

    Failure to arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your entire reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

  • Early Departure

    If you need to check out of the hotel earlier than originally planned, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused nights of your reservation.

  • Unavoidable Circumstances

    If there are any situation where the booking must be cancelled or can't be used, please inform us through our provided mail asiafront@outlook.com or phone no +880 1841-619989. Depending on circumstances we will refund you payment through the same channel as it was sent to us also within 7 business days from approval. Please note that refunding is for special circumstances and we reserve the right to reject or accept any refund request.
